高职院校辅导员队伍建设存在问题与对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Construction of Counselor Team in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,必须加强辅导员队伍建设。本文分析了当前高职院校辅导员队伍建设与工作期待间存在的三个不协调问题,针对问题提出了加强辅导员队伍建设的系统规划、强化辅导员目标管理与绩效考核、建立辅导员立体化培养机制等对策,以推进高职院校辅导员队伍建设。

To promote and improve college students＇ ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, it is essential to strengthen the construction of counselor team. This paper analyzes three uncoordinated problems among current construction of counselor team and work expectation and puts forward countermeasures to improve the construction of counselor team in higher vocational colleges, such as strengthening system planning for construction of counselor team, promoting counselors＇ goal management and performance appraisal and establishing of multidimensional training mechanism for counselors.
