老年冠心病患者载脂蛋白B基因多态性与血脂关系的研究

Correlative Study of Relationships among Apolipoprotein B Gene Polymorphisms and Serum Lipid Levels in the elderly survivors of coronary heart disease

目的探讨老年冠心病患者Apo B基因多态性与血脂的关系。方法应用PCR检测67例老年冠心病患者及37例对照组Apo B基因EcoRⅠ酶切位点的限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP);用生物化学方法检测两组空腹血脂水平。结果 (1)Apo B基因EcoRⅠ酶切位点均以E+E+为主要基因型,E+为主要等位基因。(2)老年冠心病组甘油三酯水平明显高于对照组。(3)老年冠心病组与对照组的Apo B基因多态性比较无显著性差异。结论老年冠心病与血脂代谢异常明显关联。Apo B基因EcoRⅠ酶切位点多态性与老年冠心病不相关。

Objective To investigate the interaction of apolipoprotein B gene polymorphisms and serum lipid levels in the elderly survivors of coronary heart disease （CHD）. Method Polymerase chain reaction（PCR） technique was used in a sample of 67 cases with documented CHD and 37 controls. The studied loci ApoB EcoR I sites. The levels of serum lipid of CHD and control groups were determined. Results （1） Both CHD and control groups E ＋ E ＋ were major frequent genotypes and E ＋ were major frequent alleles in EcoR I sites. （2） The triglyceride levels of CHD were significantly higher compared to those of the controls. （3）There was no significant change of the ApoB gene EcoR I polymorphisms between CHD and the controls. Conclusion The abnormal metabolism of lipids is closely related to CHD. The polymorphisms of ApoB gene EcoR I might not be assiciated with CHD.
