厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗高血压心脏病的临床效果和安全性观察

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Irbesartan and Metoprolol in the Treatment of Hypertensive Heart Disease

目的研究厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔对于高血压心脏病进行治疗的临床治疗效果和治疗的安全性。方法选取2014年10月到2016年8月贵州省肿瘤医院收治的高血压心脏病患者98例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组患者单纯采用厄贝沙坦进行治疗,观察组患者联合使用厄贝沙坦和美托洛尔进行治疗,对两组患者治疗的效果和治疗的安全性进行比较。结果比较两组患者治疗的有效率,观察组有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组患者治疗以后的不良反映情况进行比较,观察组与对照组之间不良反应的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床对于高血压心脏病患者在进行治疗时,联合使用厄贝沙坦和美托洛尔进行治疗可以有效提高临床治疗的有效率,并且这两种药治疗具有较好的安全性,不会对患者造成较大的不良反映情况,值得推广使用。
