心悦胶囊治疗急性冠脉综合征合并糖尿病的临床观察

Clinical research moods capsule intervention in diabetic patients with acute coronary syndrome treatment

目的探讨心悦胶囊治疗急性冠脉综合征合并糖尿病的治疗效果。方法选取2013年7月至2014年3月建始县人民医院收治的合并糖尿病的急性冠脉综合征患者294例,依据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组则在此基础上加用心悦胶囊。记录两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前、治疗后6个月临床指标。统计治疗后6个月两组患者的不良反应,并分别于治疗前、治疗后6个月采用EQ-5D指数量表评估患者生命质量。结果观察组总有效率为93.88%,对照组总有效率为69.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的NT-proBNP、CKMB、FBCG、HbAlc均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),LVE明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组心力衰竭2例,再发心绞痛11例,消化道反应22例;对照组心力衰竭8例,再发心绞痛24例,消化道反应71例,心源性死亡6例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前患者EQ-5D生命质量指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者的EQ-5D生命质量指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论合并糖尿病的急性冠脉综合征患者服用心悦胶囊后心功能明显增强,糖尿病得到有效改善。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Moods capsule intervention in diabetic patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods From July 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital 294 cases of diabetic patients with acute coronary syndrome, according to a random number table divided into observation group and control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment 6 month clinical indicators. Statistical treatment of adverse reactions after six months the two groups of patients,respectively,before treatment and after 6 months of treatment using the EQ-5 D quality of life index in the assessment of patients. Results Observation group total effective rate was 93. 88% in the control group, the total effective rate was 69. 39%,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Observation group of patients NT-proBNP, CK-MB, FBG, HbAlc was significantly lower than the control group（P 〈0.05）,LVEF was significantly higher（ P 〈 0. 05）. Observation group 2 cases of heart failure, recurrent angina in 11 cases,22 cases of gastrointestinal reactions; control group, eight cases of heart failure, recurrent angina in 24 cases,71 cases of gastrointestinal reactions, cardiac death six cases, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference（P 〉 0. 05） treatment, patients before EQ-5 D quality of life index,after treatment,patients in the observation group EQ-5 D quality of life index was significantly higher（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions Diabetic patients with acute coronary syndrome after taking Moods capsule cardiac function significantly enhanced, diabetes has been effectively improved, worthy of promotion.
