摘要
目的探究心脏彩色多普勒超声用于高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭患者诊断意义。方法选取2015年9月至2017年3月在我院进行高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭治疗的45例患者作为观察组,并选取同期在我院进行健康体检且无心血管疾病的45例患者作为健康组,对两组患者进行心脏彩超,比较其LVEF、LVEDd、LVESd、收缩压、舒张压及LVM、LVFS等指标,并比较不同心功能分级患者的LVEF、LVEDd及LAD指标。结果健康组患者LVEF、LVEDd、LVESd、收缩压、舒张压及LVM、LVFS等指标,均明显优于观察组(P<0.05),且随着心功能分级的增加,其LVEDd、LAD指标有显著升高(P<0.05),而LVEF指标则明显降低(P<0.05)。结论通过对高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭患者进行心脏彩色多普勒超声检测,能够明显观察心脏结构及射血水平,并根据其指标进行诊断,对该疾病的早发现、早治疗具有显著意义。
Objective To explore the heart of color Doppler ultrasound for diagnosis of left heart failure patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods From September 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital 45 cases of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure patients as study group,and select the same period 45 cases of healthy and free of cardiovascular disease patients in China Institute of health as a group,echocardiography of two groups of patients,compare the LVEF,LVEDd,LVESd,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and LVM,LVFS and other indicators,and different cardiac function classification in patients with LVEF,LVEDd and L AD index. Results Health groups were LVEF,LVEDd,LVESd,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and LVM,LVFS and other indicators were significantly better than the study group( P 〈 0. 05),and with the increase of the LVEDd classification of cardiac function,LAD index increased significantly( P 〈 0. 05),while the LVEF index is obvious decreased( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The heart color Doppler ultrasound detection based on left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertension patients with left heart failure,to observe the cardiac structure and ejection level,and according to the index of diagnosis,early detection of the disease,early treatment. It is significant and worthy of promotion.
