超声联合心电图对高血压性心脏病的诊断价值

Analysis of the effect of Ultrasound Combined with Electrocardiogram in the Diagnosis of Hypertension Heart Disease

目的探讨超声联合心电图诊断高血压性心脏病的应用效果。方法选取2015年6月至2017年6月胶州市人民医院收治的高血压性心脏病患者64例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,各32例,对照组为心电图诊断,观察组为超声联合心电图诊断,比较两组诊断情况。结果观察组的检出率81.25%,明显高于对照组的53.13%。结论高血压性心脏病应用超声联合心电图诊断的应用效果显著,提高了检出率,能够为医生提供准确的诊断数据,有利于患者实施正确的治疗方案。

Objective The application of ultrasound combined with electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease（ EH） was discussed. Methods From June 2015 to June 2017,64 patients with hypertensive heart disease admitted in Jiaozhou people’ s Hospital were randomly divided into control group（ n = 32） and observation group（ n = 32）. The control group was diagnosed by electrocardiogram,the observation group was diagnosed by ultrasonic combined electrocardiogram,and the diagnosis was compared between the two groups. Results The detection rate of the observation group was 81. 25%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 53. 13%）. Conclusion The application of ultrasound combined with electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease has a remarkable effect,which can improve the detection rate,provide accurate diagnostic data for the doctor,and be helpful for the patients to carry out the correct treatment plan,which is worthy of application.
