摘要
海洋多糖资源丰富,多数多糖以复合体的形式存在于有机体内,且海洋多糖因其分子量过大导致其功能性质受制,需降解成小分子糖。超声技术能绿色环保地降解多糖,从而可得到不同分子量多糖。为充分利用海洋资源多糖,文中综述了海洋性多糖的种类、超声降解大分子物质的基本原理、超声降解技术优缺点及超声降解技术在海洋多糖中的应用,为更好开发海洋资源提供了基础。
The marine polysaccharides are abundant,and most polysaccharides exist in the form of complexes.The functional properties of polysaccharides are restricted by excessive molecular weight.And some polysaccharides need to be degraded into small molecular sugars which can be absorbed directly by the human body.Different molecular weight of polysaccharides can be degraded by ultrasonic technology,which is green environmental protection.In order to make the best of marine polysaccharides,the types of marine polysaccharides,the basic principles of ultrasonic degradation of macromolecular substances,the advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonic degradation technology and the application of ultrasonic degradation technology in marine polysaccharides are reviewed in this paper,so as to provide a basis for better development of marine resources.
