摘要
通过查阅大量相关文献,归纳已经报道的不同条件下我国孜然精油化学成分分析的研究资料,文章着重讨论孜然产地、品系等植物本身及在不同提取工艺等外在因素所致的孜然精油化学成分中主要不同化学类型的研究状况,以期今后为孜然精油的开发和更深层次的研究做综合性的参考。
By looking up a large number of related literatures,the research data of chemical composition analysis of cumin essential oils in China has been summarized.Focuses on the research status of different chemical types in the chemical composition of cumin essential oils,such as the place of origin,the strains,and the different extraction process of cumin,in order to provide a comprehensive reference for the development and further research of cumin essential oils.
