摘要 随着人们保健意识的增强以及大健康产业的蓬勃发展,药食同源方兴未艾。近红外光谱技术作为一种新型的分析技术,因其具有无损、方便、即时、稳定以及准确等特点,已广泛应用于各种领域。文章综述了近红外光谱技术在药食同源品质评价方面的应用进展,包括真伪掺假的鉴别、产地种类的鉴别、成分含量的测定以及质量安全检测,以期该项技术在药食同源品质方面有更广阔的应用前景,进而为开展药食同源的研究提供一定的现实基础。 With the enhancement of people's health consciousness and the vigorous development of comprehensive health-care industry,the research on medicinal and edible goods is in the ascendant.Near infrared spectroscopy,as a new analytical technique,has been widely used in various fields because of its nondestructive,convenient,fast and accurate characteristics.Review the application progress of near infrared spectroscopy in quality evaluation of medicinal and edible goods,including the identification of authenticity and adulteration of the medicinal and edible goods,the identification of the place of origin and species of the medicinal and edible goods,the determination of component content and quality safety inspection,in order to make this technology have a wider application prospect in the quality evaluation of the medicinal and edible goods,and provide some practical basis for the further research on the medicinal and edible goods.
