摘要
裁剪是在去除系统内部元件基础上利用系统现有资源解决问题,从而大幅提升系统理想化水平的方法。为弥补现有裁剪应用过程中设计者自身知识的局限性和优化裁剪过程中已有启发知识的应用模式,以裁剪本质和实施方式为约束条件,将TRIZ中发明原理作为一类知识源,提取基于发明原理的裁剪启发知识,并在已有设计需求分类基础上,结合设计需求与TRIZ中39工程参数内涵,以及工程参数与发明原理间的优选关系,构建设计需求与启发知识的映射关系,实现裁剪过程中启发知识的有效检索,从而构建面向设计需求的裁剪创新设计过程模型。最后,应用该模型进行大蒜去皮设备创新设计,验证了该方法的有效性。
Trimming is using the existing resources in system to remove system elements and improve the ideality. To compensate the limitation of designer's knowledge and optimize the application model of existing heuristic knowledge during trimming process, extracted the heuristic knowledge based on inventive principles by using trimming methods nature and implementation as constraints and using inventive principles on TRIZ as a kind of knowledge sources. Combined with the meaning of design requirements and 39 general engineering parameters on TRIZ and the preferred relationship between general engineering parameters and inventive principles, which based on the existing design requirements classification, the mapping relationship between design requirements and heuristic knowledge isconstructed, that ensure the effective retrieval of heuristic knowledge during the trimming process. On this basis, the model of trimming innovative design oriented to design requirements was proposed. Finally, the innovative design of garlic peeling machine which apply the model verified its feasibility.
