摘要
为解决产品设计中的模糊不确定性问题,将可拓创新方法引入设计过程中,提出基于可拓变换及推理的产品创新设计方法。在建立产品设计知识表示模型的基础上,通过基元的转化和推理解决设计问题,并研究了产品设计的可拓变换和推理的一般原则。将可拓设计过程模型和可拓推理机制应用于产品的功能设计和色彩设计中,分别得到对应于产品功能设计和色彩设计的可拓推理设计方法及流程。该方法完善了产品创新设计方法体系,可为产品设计提供创新解决方案。
To solve the fuzzy and uncertainty problem in product design,the extension innovation method was introduced into the design process. A novel product innovation design method was proposed based on extension transformation and reasoning. The design problem was solved through the elementary transformation and reasoning based on the estalblishment of knowledge representation model of product design. The general principles of extension transformation and reasoning of product design were studied. The extension design process model and extension reasoning mechanism were applied into product function design and color design. As the result,the extension reasoning design method and process to the product function design and color design were obtained. This method improved the product innovation design method system and provided an innovative solution for product design.
