摘要
通过对工业气体检测设备人机界面可用性评估,提出设计改进建议,以进一步提升产品用户体验。采用眼动跟踪技术对用户使用工业气体检测设备时的各项眼动指标及任务完成时间进行测量,对比分析了气体检测设备在整体界面特征、功能区域划分、信息显示优先级和执行指令任务耗时4个方面的统计数据,验证工业气体检测设备人机界面设计是否符合用户使用习惯,从而归纳出用户在使用该类产品时的视觉规律和心理特征,进一步明确了用户对不同界面要素的认知效果。结合分析结果,提出工业气体检测设备人机界面的改进建议,并对其进行改进设计,为人机界面设计的可用性评估提供参考。
The design improvement suggestion was proposed through the feasibility evaluation of the user interface in the industrial gas detector to elevate product user experience. The eye tracking technology was used to measure task completion duration and each eye movement index when using the industrial gas detector. The 4 statistical data of gas detector were compared including overall user interface feature, functional division, information display priority and command execution duration. The HCI of industrial detector was verified to fit the user habit. Hence, the visual law and psychological feature were concluded when using similar products. The cognition effect of user on different interface elements was clarified. The improvement suggestion of HCI in the industrial gas detector was proposed and a redesign was processed to provide references for the feasibility of HCI design.
