传统农村社区的外源性转型及适应机制——基于一个海南失地农民安置区的田野调查

The Exogenous Transformation and Adaptation Mechanism of Traditional Rural Communities——Based on a Field Survey of Landless Framers in Hainan

论文以一个失地农民安置区的社会结构变迁来探讨传统农村社区的外源性转型及其适应机制。实地调查发现,外源性因素推动传统农村社区的治理技术清晰化转变、失地农民职业分化、社会构成异质化、生活商品化;同时,在传统农村社区转型过程中,失地农民积极建立应对转型的适应机制,群体认同再生产、熟人社会性质再延续、传统信仰再构造和道义经济再激活。在乡村振兴战略实施中,要注意外源性发展模式产生的传统农村社区转型和适应机制。

This paper discusses the exogenous transformation and adaptation mechanism of traditional rural communities based on the change in the social structure of a land resettlement area for landless farmers. As found in the field survey,exogenous factors have promoted the clear transformation of the governance technology of traditional rural communities,the occupational differentiation of landless farmers,the heterogeneity of social composition and the commercialization of life. At the same time,in the process of transformation of traditional rural communities,landless farmers have actively established adaptive mechanisms to deal with transformation,the group identity reproduction,the continuation of the social nature of acquaintances,the reconstruction of traditional beliefs,and the reactivation of moral economy. In the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,due attention should be paid to the transformation of traditional rural communities and the adaptation mechanism produced by the exogenous development model.
