"严格排除非法证据"是全面深化改革、全面依法治国的一项重要任务。2017年中央审议通过规范性文件对这项任务作出了细化规定,其对公安机关侦查取证理念、把握非法证据范围、规范讯问行为、处理侦诉辩审关系等方面具有深刻影响。公安机关应在厘清"严格排除非法证据"内涵的基础上,从这些方面综合着力应对。

＂Excluding illegal evidence strictly＂is an important task of comprehensively deepening reform and fully advancing the law-based governance of the country.In 2017,the Central Committee reviewed and adopted the normative documents to make detailed provisions for this task.It has profound influences on the aspects of police works,such as the ideas of investigation and evidence collection,grasping the scope of illegal evidences,normalizing the interrogation behaviors and dealing with the relations between investigation,prosecution,pleading and trial.The police departments should make efforts to cope with these problems on the basis of recognizing the connotation of＂excluding illegal evidence strictly＂.
