电动舵机用永磁容错电机的设计研究

摘要 研究了一种电动舵机用永磁容错电机,分析该容错电机的设计思路,根据技术指标完成电机的初步设计。建立电机的有限元仿真模型,研究槽口尺寸和斜槽对电机性能的影响,优化电机的结构参数。对优化后的永磁容错电机进行样机实验,实验结果验证了该设计的正确性。 bA type of five-phase fault-tolerant permanent magnet motor which was used for electromechanical actuator was studied. The design thought of fault-tolerant motor was analyzed,and the motor was designed preliminarily according to the indexes. In order to optimize its structure parameters,a finite element simulation model of the motor was built and the influence of slot opening and skew slot on motor's performance was investigated. A prototype experiment was performed on the optimized motor,and the experimental results verify the correctness of the design.
