2015年宁夏高级职称科技人员健康体检结果分析

Analysis on Health Examination of Senior Technical Personnel in Ningxia in 2015

目的分析2015年宁夏回族自治区高级职称科技人员健康现状,为提高高级职称科技人员健康水平提供依据。方法以2015年宁夏某体检机构年度健康体检数据为基础,对体检资料进行分析。结果全部体检人员同时患五种以上疾病的688人(占39.47%),疾病患病率前五位的分别是前列腺增生、甲状腺结节、血脂异常、动脉粥样硬化、低骨量,男性慢性病患病率普遍高于女性,男性总体健康形势更为严峻;前列腺增生、甲状腺结节、动脉粥样硬化、乳腺结节、子宫肌瘤、痔、高血压、脂肪肝、肝囊肿、乳腺增生、肾囊肿、白内障在不同年龄别间患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);前列腺增生、动脉粥样硬化、痔、乳腺增生、肾囊肿、白内障在不同机构类型高级职称科技人员中患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);超重人员与未超重人员相比,乳腺结节、痔和肝囊肿患病率较低(P<0.05),而血脂异常、动脉粥样硬化、高血压、脂肪肝、高尿酸血症和肾囊肿患病率超重组大于未超重组(P<0.05)。结论宁夏高级职称科技人员健康状况不容乐观,应制定科学有效的措施以提高其整体健康水平。

Objective To analyze the health status of senior technical personnel in Ningxia Hui autonomous region in 2015,and provide the basis for improving the health level of senior technical personnel in our district. Methods The analysis is based on the annual physical examination data of Ningxia Medical Examination Center in 2015. Results The number of senior technical personnels in Ningxia who have suffered from at least five diseases is 688（accounted for 39.47%）. The top five of the disease detection rate were benign prostatic hyperplasia,thyroid nodules,dyslipidemia,atherosclerosis,low bone mass. The morbidity rate of chronic disease was higher in males than in females. There was significant difference in the detection rate of prostatic hyperplasia,thyroid nodules,atherosclerosis,breast nodules, uterine fibroids,hemorrhoids,hypertension,fatty liver,liver cysts,hyperplasia of breast,renal cyst,cataract in different age groups（P〈0.05）. There were significant differences in the detection rate of prostatic hyperplasia,atherosclerosis,hemorrhoid,hyperplasia of mammary glands,renal cyst,cataract in different types of workers（P〈0.05）. Compared with people without overweight, the prevalence rates of nodules of mammary glands, hemorrhoids and liver cyst of overweight senior technical personnel were lower（P〈0.05）,and the prevalence rates of dyslipidemia,atherosclerosis,hypertension, fatty liver, high blood uric acid and renal cyst of overweight senior technical personnel were higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The health status of senior technical personnel in Ningxia is not optimistic,and scientific and effective measures should be established to improve the overall health level.
