Analysis of Death Causes among Residents in Yinchuan in 2014

目的分析2014年宁夏银川市居民的死亡水平、死因顺位及分布特点,了解目前威胁当地居民健康的主要疾病,为制定有效的疾病预防与干预措施提供依据。方法对"中国疾病预防控制信息系统-死因监测报告信息管理系统"银川市2014年死亡资料进行整理分析,采用描述性统计方法分析2014年银川市居民的死亡率、死因构成及死因顺位。结果 2014年银川市居民粗死亡率为396.42/10万,标化死亡率为502.82/10万;男性的死亡率高于女性(P<0.001),男性粗死亡率为462.68/10万,女性粗死亡率为325.21/10万;各年龄组死亡率男性均高于女性(P均<0.05);死因前五位依次是循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、伤害及死因诊断不明,这五类疾病死亡的人数占总死亡人数的87.78%;男性和女性的前五位死因顺位不完全一致。结论循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤和呼吸系统疾病是银川市居民死亡的主要原因,应采取切实可行的预防控制措施,以降低居民死亡率。

Objective To analyze the death level, rank order of causes of death distribution of Ningxia residents in 2014,understand the current major diseases that threaten the health of local residents,and provide the evidence for effective disease prevention and intervention. Methods The death data in Yinchuan of 2014 were collected and analyzed by the descriptive statistical methods to analyze the mortality rate, the dstribution and rank of the cause of death. Results The crude mortality of Yinchuan in 2014 was 396.42/100000, the standardized mortality was 502.82/100000. Male and female crude mortalities were 462.68/100000 and 325.21/100000,respectively. Male mortality was higher than female. The mortality of male was higher than female in each age group. The top five causes of death were circulatory system disease,malignant tumor, respiratory system diseases,injury and the unknown death cause. The number of deaths caused by these five kinds of diseases accounted for 87.78% among total deaths. The top five causes of death in men and women were not completely consistent. Conclusion The major cause of death among residents in Yinchuan are circulatory system disease, malignant tumor and respiratory system disease. It is essential to take practical preventive and control measures to reduce the mortality rate.
