溶胶凝胶-自蔓延法制备Zn_xNi_(2-x)-Y型铁氧体及其磁性能研究 被引量:1

Preparation of Zn_xNi_(2-x)-Y Ferrite by Sol-gel Self Propagating Method and Investigation of the Magnetic Properties

摘要 以金属硝酸盐为原料、柠檬酸为络合剂,采用溶胶凝胶-自蔓延法制备近六角形厚片状Y型铁氧体Ba_2Zn_xNi_(2-x)Fe_(12)O_(22),研究所制备铁氧体的物相组成、颗粒形貌、静磁性能。通过单因素方差分析判断实验因素对所制备铁氧体饱和磁化强度Ms和矫顽力Hc的影响显著性。结果表明,x值、原料Fe/Ba摩尔比及焙烧温度均对Ba_2Zn_xNi_(2-x)Fe_(12)O_(22)的Ms和Hc存在显著影响;当x值为0.3、Fe/Ba摩尔比为6.0、焙烧温度为1250℃时为最优实验条件,所制备的Ba_2Zn_xNi_(2-x)Fe_(12)O_(22)的Ms为37.2emu/g,颗粒径向尺寸约为1.00~3.25μm,径厚比约为4.7~5.3。 Using the metal nitrate as the rawmaterial and citric acid as the complexing agent,Ba2ZnxNi2-xFe12O22 was prepared by sol-gel self propagating method. The phase composition,particle morphology and magnetostatic properties of the prepared ferrite were investigated. The influence of experimental factors on the saturation magnetization Msand the coercivity Hcof prepared ferrite was determined by the single factor analysis of variance. The results showthat the xvalues,Fe/Ba molar ratio and the calcination temperature has a significant effect on the Msand Hcof Ba2ZnxNi2-xFe12O22,respectively. When x is 0. 5,the molar ratio of Fe/Ba is 6. 0 and the calcination temperature is 1250℃,the Msof Ba2ZnxNi2-xFe12O22 is 37. 2 emu/g,the radial size of the particles is about 1. 00 3. 25μm,and the aspect ratio is about 4. 7 5. 3.
