Reward-penalty Mechanism for Closed-loop Supply Chain with Responsibility-sharing

在由一个制造商和一个回收商组成的闭环供应链中,考虑政府对制造商和回收商的回收责任比例和奖惩措施,研究这两个因素对二者利润的影响,发现制造商的最优零售价随着奖惩力度和责任感比例均为单调递减,而回收商的最优回收率随着政府奖惩力度和责任感比例均为单调递增。二者的最优利润都随奖惩力度单调递增。

A closed-loop supply chain consists of one manufacturer and one collector,and government’ s reward-penalty mechanism and responsibility-sharing for manufacturer and collector are considered in the supply chain. We study the effect of the two factors on profits of manufacturer and collector. We find manufacturer’s optimal retail price will increase with reward-penalty intensity and responsibility-sharing; and collection rate will decrease with them. We also find that increasing reward-penalty intensity and responsibility-sharing can improve the optimal profit of manufacturer and collector.
