共建共治共享理念下体育社会组织治理的结构性矛盾及其疏解策略

Structural Contradictions and Solutions to the Governance of Sports Social Organizations under the Idea of Common Construction-Governance-Sharing

基于共建共治共享理念,采用文献研究、逻辑分析等方法,探讨了体育社会组织治理的结构性矛盾及其疏解策略。体育社会组织治理的结构性矛盾主要体现在:政府缺位与越位并存;市场失灵与失序同在;体育社会组织过度依附与依赖。对策是:政府与市场理性结合,建构市场化的管理模式;政府与民间应协同治理,建构完备的社会支持保障体系;纵向与横向良性互动,建构网络化的合作格局。

This article is based on the idea of Common construction - governance - sharing, by means of literature research and logical analysis, probes into the structural contradictions of the governance of the sports social organization and the strategies for its solution. The structural contradictions of the governance of the sports social organization are mainly reflected in the follow- ing ： government vacancy and offside coexist, market failure with the loss of order, and the over dependence of sports social or- ganization. The countermeasures are ： the combination of government and market rationality, constructing the market - oriented management mode, cooperative governance of the government and folk, construction of a complete social support system, posi- tive interaction between vertical and horizontal, and building a network of cooperation.
