摘要
目的:探讨体质水平与学业成绩的关系。方法:对无锡市882名小学生的体质水平和学业成绩进行测试,运用相关分析、回归分析探讨了体质测试各指标得分与学业成绩的关系。结果:体质平均成绩、跳绳、50m跑及50m×8往返跑的得分与学业成绩具有正向关联;跳绳对学业成绩最具有预测力。结论:学生体质水平越好其学业成绩越优。提示我们,学校、家庭和社区应该为青少年儿童提供更多身体活动的机会,通过身体活动提高学生的体质水平不仅有利于学生的身心健康,还可能促进学生学业成绩的提高。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between students" physical fitness level and academic achievement. Re- search Methods : This study has tested physical fitness level and acadenfic achievement of 882 students in Wuxi. Using correla- tion analysis and regression analysis explore the relationship between scoring in the physical fitness indexes and acadenfic a- chievement. Results : The average physical fitness score, jump rope, 50 - meter running and 50 ~ 8 shuttle running have the positive correlation with acadenfic achievement; jump rope has the most predictive ability- for acadenfic achievement. Conclu- sions: The better students'physical fitness , the better students'acadenfic achievement, it reminds us that school, family and community should provide more physical activity- opportunities for children and adolescences, the improvenlent of students physical fitness by physical activity- is not only conducive to the physical and mental health of students, but also can improve their acadenfic achievement .
