摘要 探讨了目前微胶囊相变材料在制备方法以及性能方面的研究进展,重点分析了粒径调控及其对主要性能的影响.结果表明:乳化阶段和包覆(聚合)阶段中选材和工艺参数都会对粒径大小及分布产生较大影响,其中乳化剂种类及用量、搅拌速率、聚合温度是主要因素.因此,全面、系统地研究各因素对粒径的影响规律有助于揭示具体机理和改善产品的性能. Phase change materials is more and more widely used in the energy field, of which themicrocapsule phase change material has more advantages. This paper summarizes the current researchprogress in the preparation methods and properties of microencapsulated phase change materials, focusing onthe regulation of particle size and its impact on the main performance. The results show that the selection ofraw materials and the process parameters in the emulsification stage and the coating (polymerization) stage havea great influence on the particle size and its distribution. The type and amount of emulsifier, the stirringrate and the polymerization temperature are the main factors. Therefore, a comprehensive and systematic studyof the influencing factors on particle size will help reveal the specific mechanism and improve performance.
