采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,从人力资源、场馆资源、开放时间、资金来源等方面剖析高校体育场馆对外开放的可行性.对高校体育场馆困境进行分析,提出思想引领、制度先行,多元融资、科学管理,互动协调、多重机制的长效发展机制,促进高校体育场馆对外开放有序开展.

This article analyzes the feasibility of college sports venues opening to the public from the aspects ofhuman resources, venues resources, opening hours, sources of funds, etc. The paper analyzes the plight of col-lege sports venues, and puts forward the ideological leading, system first, multiple financing, scientific manage-ment, interaction and coordination, and long-term development mechanism of multiple mechanisms so as to pro-mote the orderly opening of the stadiums and gymnasiums to the public.
