掘进机电控箱悬置阻尼系统解耦及优化 被引量:7

摘要 以某型掘进机电控箱为研究对象,建立其减振装置的阻尼减振力学模型,利用Lagrange方程建立该系统的运动微分方程组,运用能量解耦优化法以及Matlab优化工具箱对阻尼元件刚度参数进行优化;建立该减振装置的有限元模型,利用有限元方法对模型进行静态特性分析。结果表明:经过优化后的减振系统大大衰减了掘进机振动对电控箱的影响,为掘进机电控箱的减振研究提供参考。 The violent vibration that is produced by machine at its work time has influence on electric cabinet and service life of internal electrical components. In order to solve this problem,this article makes the electric cabinet of some type machine as the research object. The damping vibration mechanical model of the vibration reduction mechanism was established,the damping element stiffness parameters with energy decoupling optimization method and Matlab optimization toolbox was got. Moreover,the finite element model of the vibration reduction mechanism was built,and the static characteristic of the model with the finite element method was analyzed. The results show that the vibration reduction system greatly attenuates the influence of machine vibration on the electric cabinet after optimization. Accordingly,the paper gives references to the research of vibration reduction for machine electric cabinet.
