风力发电机组振动监测的超标问题研究 被引量:2

摘要 风电机组振动监测技术作为提高机组可靠性和稳定性的关键技术,对保障风力发电机组安全运行具有重要的意义。本文以机组监测过程中的超标问题作为切入点,细致阐述了风机振动测试点的布置方案,详细分析了振动超标问题的原因,并且通过对风机产品的实际监测,确定了2 MW风机弹性支撑推荐值以及报警阈参考值,完成风场试验证明报警值安全可靠,为相关风机振动监测技术理论研究提供数据参考和技术保障。 As the key technology to improve the reliability and stability of wind turbine group,the vibration monitoring and measurement technology has great meaning to ensure the safe operation of wind turbine group. Making the overproof in the process of monitoring and measurement as analytical point,this paper illustrates the layout scheme of vibration measurement points and analyzes the reasons of vibration overproof. Moreover,the alarm valve reference value of 2 MW wind turbine is determined through the recommended value of elastic support and the reference value alarm threshold. The wind field test proved the safety and reliability of valve value,which provides data reference and technical support for theoretical research on monitoring and measurement technology of wind turbine.
