丹参川芎嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定心绞痛效果及对血清促炎性细胞因子和血管内皮细胞功能的影响

Curative Effect of Danshen Ligustrazine Combined with Atorvastatin in Treatment of Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的分析丹参川芎嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定心绞痛(UAP)临床效果及对血清促炎性细胞因子和血管内皮细胞功能的影响。方法选取湖北医药学院附属太和医院2015年1月—2016年12月收治的102例UAP,按治疗方法分为观察组和对照组;对照组给予阿托伐他汀片,观察组在对照组基础上联合丹参川芎嗪注射液进行治疗;比较两组的临床疗效及促炎性细胞因子和血管内皮功能指标的变化。结果治疗后观察组临床疗效总有效率、心电图疗效总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组促炎性细胞因子水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05);且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CRP水平均低于治疗前,VEGF和NO水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05);且观察组的CRP水平均低于对照组,VEGF和NO水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗UAP,可提高其临床效果,降低炎症细胞水平,改善内皮细胞功能,稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块,减少心血管事件的发生。

Objective To analyze curative effect of Danshen Ligustrazine combined with Atorvastatin in treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris（ UAP） and its effects on serum proinflammatory cytokines and vascular endothelial cells function. Methods A total of 102 UAP patients admitted during January 2015 and December 2016 were divided into observation group（ n = 51） and control group（ n = 51） according to the different treatment methods. Control group was treated with Atorvastatin,while observation group was treated with Danshen ligustrazine injection on the basis of treatment for control group. In two groups,curative effect and changes of proinflammatory cytokines and indexes of vascular endothelial function were observed. Results In observation group,after treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment and the total effective rate of electrocardiogram were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,levels of proinflammatory cytokines were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）;C-reactive protein（ CRP） levels were significantly lower,while vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF） and nitric oxide（ NO） levels were significantly higher than those before treatment in two groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the CRP level in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the VEGF and NO levels were significantly higher those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Danshen Ligustrazine combined with Atorvastatin in treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris may improve its clinical efficacy,significantly reduce levels of inflammatory cells,improve endothelial cell function,stabilize atherosclerotic plaque and reduce incidence rate of cardiovascular events.
