摘要
介绍用极差函数理论对圆弧测量数据进行优化处理,是圆弧检测中半径值R及圆心位置的又一优化计算方法——极差函数,阐明了圆弧检测数据处理中轮廓度与直线度的相互关系。并提出了评定圆弧的另一概念——作用圆弧半径,作用圆弧圆心位置。用MATLAB编制程序对非连续测量所获得的实验数据进行优化计算。为圆弧检测提供一种数据优化处理方法。
This paper introduces the use of the range function theory to optimize the circular arc measurement data.It is another optimization calculation method for the raidus value R and the center location of circle in the circular arc detection. It is an extreme function,and it expounds the relationship between the profile and straightness in the arc detection data processing. Another concept of evaluating the arc is proposed,which is the radius of the circular arc and the position of the circular center. The MATLAB program is used to optimize the experimental data obtained from the discontinuous measurement. A method of data optimization is provided for circular arc detection.
