摘要
通过对H12Cr24Ni13焊接钢拉丝试样的断口形貌、化学成分和金相照片进行分析,通过分析确定造成断裂的主要原因是原材料上所附带的小折叠,在拉丝过程中,折叠延伸造成断裂。
By analyzing of fracture appearance,chemical compositions and metallograph of H12Cr24Ni13 welded steel wire drawing specimen,the fracture cause has been concluded that smaller folds attached to the original material extended and leaded to fracture during drawing process.
