摘要
上卸钢活动挡板配合冷床上卸钢系统在冷床床面进行卸钢动作,设计采用了"Ⅱ级杆组"的杠杆机构将活动挡板升级改造为电器PLC控制的自动升降模式,优化飞剪的倍尺剪切,具有结构简单,调整方便,运行平稳可靠,具备一定推广价值。
The steel up-discharging movable baffle performs the uploading of steel on the cooling bed cooperated with the steel uploading system. It is designed to adopt the level mechanism called the ＂ Level II of lever group＂ to upgrade the movable baffle to the automatic lifting mode controlled by PLC,and optimize the double length of flying shear. It has the advantages of the simple structure,easy for adjustment,the smooth operation and the reliable operation,which has a certain value for promoting.
