航电枢纽船闸人字门振动原型测试及数值研究 被引量:2

摘要 以某工程为例,对船闸人字门振动问题进行了研究。在对人字门振动响应和自振特性进行测试的基础上,分析确定主要振源是闸室内水体的脉动压力,通过三维有限元计算提出了技术改造方案,经重调背拉杆预应力和门体合拢度,人字门有感振动已消除,检修后运行良好。 The vibration of the shiplock miter gate in a navigation-power junction is studied. In-situ tests are carried out to determine the vibration responses and the natural vibration characteristics. The results show that the vibration of the miter gate is caused mainly by the pulsating pressure of the water in the shiplock chamber. Based on the three-dimensional finite element analysis,a technical renovation scheme is proposed,in which the prestressing forces in the back rods and the closing degree of the gates are re-adjusted. After the treatment,the obvious vibration is effectively eliminated and the gate operates well.
