摘要
针对高坝洲电厂轴流转浆式机组受油器密封设计进行了探讨,按国家标准中O型密封圈沟槽尺寸设计要求,采用相关公式对高坝洲电厂受油器密封的尺寸大小进行了计算分析,证明了高坝洲电厂是由于密封尺寸选择不合适而产生了受油器漏油问题。
The selection of the seal for the oil supply head of Kaplan turbine units in Gaobazhou Hydropower Station is introduced. Following the national standard on the O-type sealing ring groove size,the size of the oil supply head seal is calculated for the units. It is found that the oil leakage problem occurred in the oil supply head in Gaobazhou Hydropower Station is due to the inappropriate seal size selected originally.
