离线过滤器对风力发电机组齿轮箱影响的研究

On the Influence of the Offline Filter on Wind Turbine Gearbox

针对风力发电机组齿轮箱运行环境恶劣,大多数国产风力发电机组齿轮箱油清洁度不佳这一问题,通过加装离线式过滤器,可以提高油品的清洁度,降低齿轮箱故障率,延长油品的寿命,减少润滑油使用量,减少停机时间,节约齿轮箱维修维护费用,达到企业降本增效的目的。

Due to the severe operational environment of wind turbine gearbox in China,the cleanliness of the gearbox oil is usually poor. Thus,the offline filter is developed and applied. The performance of the offline filter is analyzed. It shows that the offline filter can improve the oil cleanliness,reduce the failure rate of the gearbox,prolong the service life of the gearbox oil,reduce the usage of the lubricating oil,reduce the shutdown time,save the maintenance cost of the gear box,and finally reduce the cost and increase the efficiency of the enterprises.
