摘要
选取空军军医大学第一附属医院为试点单位,进行信息专员服务质量实证研究。以LibQUAL+~?模型为基础构建信息专员服务质量评价体系,对研究样本采取重复测量的办法,测评信息专员提供服务前后,医学学科馆员服务的用户满意度;进而对服务质量调查结果进行分析,并提出信息专员服务优化策略。
Choose the First Affliated Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University as the pilot unit, to the empirical study of information service. Based on the LibQUAL+? model, the paper builds informationists’ service evaluation system. Through repeated measurement method on the object of study, the paper evaluates informationists’ service before and after by the user satisfaction. It analyzes service quality survey and puts forward the optimization tactics of the informationists’ service.
