紫薇清除治紫茎泽兰林间药效试验

Field Efficacy Test of Farm Chemical of Ziweiqing Against Eupatorium adenophorum

在紫茎泽兰(Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng.)发生重灾区,于不同物候期使用紫薇清1000、1200、1500倍液和草甘膦1000倍液对其进行林间除治试验,喷药后15天、30天、60天检查防治效果。结果表明:在花期,紫薇清各浓度的除治效果分别达到97.51%、95.47%、81%,草甘膦1000倍液的除治效果达到60.08%;生长期,紫薇清各浓度的除治效果分别达到100%、100%、98.49%,草甘膦1000倍液的除治效果达到68.47%;紫薇清与草甘膦两者间的防治效果差异极显著;生长期施药显效快于花期施药。

In the hard-hit areas of Eupatorium adenophorum,a field experiment was conducted to investigate the controlling effect of 1000,1200,1500 times of farm chemical of Ziweiqing and 1000 times of glyphosate on the different phenological periods of Eupatorium adenophorum. The controlling effect of 15 days,30 days and 60 days after spraying were checked. The results showed that the controlling effect of 1000,1200,1500 times of Ziweiqing and1000 times of glyphosate were 97. 51%、95. 47%、81% and 60. 08% in flowering period,and the controlling effect were 100%、100%、98. 49% and 68. 47% in growing period within 60 d after spraying. There was highly significant difference in controlling effect of Ziweiqing than glyphosate. The controlling effect was quicker in growing period than that in flowering period.
