摘要
本文利用热丝法熔化性能测定仪对CaO-SiO_2-10%La_2O_3-Nb_2O_5四元渣系中特定成分范围内渣样的熔化温度进行测定,分别得到了1573、1623和1673K的液相线分布.同时通过热力学平衡实验以及扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)等检测分析手段明确了相应区域内的初晶相,并对上述液相线进行修正.实验结果对含铌和稀土渣系热力学信息的进一步研究以及铌和稀土资源的综合利用具有实际意义.
The melting property temperatures of CaO-SiO2-10% La2O3-Nb2O5 systems in a given region were determined by the single hot thermocouple technique( SHTT). The liquidus temperatures of 1 573,1 623 and 1 673 K were obtained. At the same time,the primary crystal phases in the corresponding regions were identified by thermodynamic equilibrium experiment,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis,and then the liquidus temperatures were corrected. The authors believed that the present experimental results have practical significance for the further study on thermodynamic information of the slag system containing niobium and rare earth and the comprehensive utilization of relevant mineral resources.
