贸易便利化对中国贸易增长的贡献研究——基于平台经济视角

The Research on the Contribution of Trade Facilitation to China's Trade Growth——Based on Platform Economics Perspective

随着互联网、跨境电子商务的发展,各类外贸服务平台应运而生,其将进出口贸易的相关流程进行程式化,为中小微企业解决出口问题提供了契机和平台。本文由中国外贸综合服务平台这一新兴业态出发,定性分析它对中国对外贸易的作用机理;进而利用层次分析法构建了贸易便利化指标体系,并测算了外贸综合服务平台下中国及其55个主要贸易国或地区的贸易便利化程度;再而通过引力模型分析中国贸易增长受到贸易便利化的影响。研究表明,基于外贸综合服务平台,中国贸易便利化程度排位第24名,仍需提升。贸易便利化与贸易增长贡献率呈正相关,为0.9674。通过研究各指标对贸易增长的影响,明确了外贸综合服务平台发展的方向。

With the development of the Internet and cross-border e-commerce,various trade service platforms arise at the historic moment. Based on the integration of various kinds of link service,they help micro,small and medium enterprises solve export problems,provide cross-border e-commerce platform for individuals. This study initially analyzes the impact of integrated trade services platforms on China＇s trade and its mechanisms. Secondly,based on the mechanisms,we use analytic hierarchy process method（ AHP） to measure trade facilitation index of China and its 58 main trading countries or areas. Moreover,we use gravity model to measure facilitation and the first grade indexes＇ contribution on international trade respectively. The research indicates that China＇s trade facilitation index rankeds 24 th and has great space to improve. From the regression,we can conclude that trade facilitation become a significant explaining factor for trade with 1. 26582. Trade integrated service platform has a positive influence on trade through enhancing trade facilitation and promoting trade growth. And we can clear the development direction of the integrated trade services platform by studying each indexes＇ influence on trade growth.
