滋阴补阳方对PCOS大鼠卵巢形态和血清雄激素的影响

The effects of the Ziyin Buyang prescription on ovarian morphology and serum androgens of PCO rats

目的:探讨中药滋阴补阳方对多囊卵巢(PCOS)模型大鼠卵巢形态学和血清雄激素的影响。方法:21日龄雌性SD大鼠注射外源雄激素制造多囊卵巢模型,运用中医中药治疗并观察治疗前后血清雄激素水平以及卵巢病理形态组织学的变化。结果:本方能降低血清雄激素水平,缩小卵巢扩张囊泡、增加黄体数量。结论:滋阴补阳方具有改善模型大鼠多囊卵巢征象、促排卵、恢复卵巢功能的作用。

Objective：To study the influence of the Ziyin Buyang prescription（ 滋阴补阳方） on ovary morphology and serum androgens of PCOS rats. Methods： PCOS model of 21-day-old female SD rats were produced by injected exogenous androgens. The PCOS rats was given TCM medicine; then the serum androgens and ovary pathological morphology were observed. Results： The Ziyin Buyang prescription can decrease the serum androgens, narrow ovarian vesicles, increase quantity corpus luteum. Conclusion： The Ziyin Buyang prescription shows good effects on improving polycystic ovary signs, ovulating induction, and recovering ovarian function.
