寒湿着肺

Hanshi Zhuofei

目的:探讨一类咳嗽病例,临床上以咳嗽时间长,舌苔白厚或腻,脉濡或浮为主的中医诊断和治疗。方法:搜集近5年来的外感咳嗽病例共728例,符合上述主症的病例119例。分析该类病例发病的外部环境因素、原因、过程和病机,提出诊断和治疗方案。结论:符合上述主证的咳嗽病例临床多见,称为寒湿咳嗽,命名为"寒湿着肺"证,以《普济方》中的麻黄厚朴汤治疗。

Objectives： The explore the diagnosis and treatment of cough with long cough time, white coating thickness or greasy,pulse moistening or floating. Methods： 728 cases were collected in the past 5 years, and 119 cases were eligible for the inclusion criteria. The external environmental factors, pathogeny, process and the pathogenesis were analyzed. The diagnosis and treatment were put forward. Conclusion： The cough in accordance with the above syndrome are more clinically known, was named Hanshi Zhuofei（ 寒湿着肺）, and was treated with the Mahuang Houpu decoction（ 麻黄厚朴汤）.
