人参定喘胶囊对肺间质纤维化治疗效果临床研究

A clinical study on treating pulmonary interstitial fibrosis with the Renshen Dingchuan capsule

目的:探讨人参定喘胶囊对肺间质纤维化治疗效果。方法:将本院就诊患者共60例,对照组30例以西医基础治疗抗炎、化痰、支持治疗;治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上予人参定喘胶囊;3个月后进行了疗效评定。结果:症状疗效治疗组显效率为30%,有效率为40%,无效率为30%,总有效率为70%;对照组显效率为13%,有效率为27%,无效率为60%,总有效率为40%。肺功能疗效结果显效率为23%,有效率为37%,未愈率为40%,总有效率为60%;对照组显效率为7%,有效率为20%,无效为73%,总有效率为27%,治疗组疗效与对照组相比较明显存在统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:本次临床试验表明,患者在临床治疗后,疗效较显著。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of the Renshen Dingchuan capsule（ 人参定喘胶囊） on pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. Methods： 60 cases were selected. 30 cases in the control group were treated with basic western medicine. 30 cases in the treatment group were given the Renshen Dingchuan capsule more. The efficacy was evaluated after 3 months. Results： About symptoms efficacy in the treatment group, the marked rate was 30%; the effective rate was 40%; the inefficiency was 30%; and the total effective rate was 70%. In the control group, the marked rate was 13%; the effective rate was 27%; the inefficiency was 60%; and the total effective rate was 40%. About efficacy of pulmonary function in the treatment group, the marked rate was 23%, the effective rate was 37%, the inefficiency was 40%, and the total effective rate was 60%. In the control group, the marked rate was 7%, the effective rate was 20%, the inefficiency was 73%, and the total effective rate was 27%. There shows a statistically significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The effect of the Renshen Dingchuan capsule is more significant.
