香砂六君子汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果观察

Observation on treating chronic atrophic gastritis with the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction

目的:探讨对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采取香砂六君子汤加减治疗的效果。方法:在来我院就诊的患者中选取74例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者进行实验,将2015年1月-2017年1月作为选取时间,将所选患者均分两组,各37例,分组方法为奇偶分组法。将使用胃复春片治疗的患者作为参照组,将使用香砂六君子汤加减治疗的患者作为实验组。对两组慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床效果和胃镜效果做对比。结果:实验组慢性萎缩性胃炎患者经治疗得到的临床效果与参照组作对比,明显较优,组间对比差异显著,P<0.05;对其两组患者在治疗后行胃镜检查的效果进行比较,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者行香砂六君子汤加减治疗,临床效果显著。

Objective： To investigate the effect of the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction（ 香砂六君子汤） on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： 74 patients were divided into two groups, 37 cases in each. The control group was treated with the Weifuchun tablets（ 胃复春片）; the experimental group was treated with the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction. Results： The clinical effect in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group; the difference was significant, P〈0.05. There was a significant differences of gastroscopy efficiency between groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis shows significant clinical effects.
