真武汤合六君子汤加减治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性结肠炎的临床价值

Clinical efficacy of the Zhenwu decoction plus the Liujunzi decoction on chronic colitis of the Pishen Yangxu type

目的:分析真武汤与六君子汤加减治疗脾肾阳虚型的慢性结肠炎患者的有效性。方法:选2016年7月-2017年7月在我院治疗的脾肾阳虚型的慢性结肠炎患者60例,依据治疗方式差异随机划分成西医组与中医组,每组30例,西医组患者采取柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片进行治疗,中医组则联合真武汤与六君子汤加减治疗,观察治疗的有效性。结果:治疗后两组患者中医证候的积分均发生改善,与治疗前相比有显著的差异,P<0.05,中医组改善情况较好,与西医组相比有显著的差异,P<0.05;中医组治疗总有效率为96.67%,西医组治疗总有效率为80.00%,两组结果对照存在统计学差异,P<0.05;中医组症状缓解所占比例高于西医组,重度活动所占比重低于西医组,结果对照存在统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:在脾肾阳虚型的慢性结肠炎患者治疗中联合真武汤与六君子汤加减能够改善患者各项指标,值得应用。

Objective： To analyze the effect of the Zhenwu decoction（ 真武汤） and the Liujunzi decoction（ 六君子汤） on chronic colitis of the Pishen Yangxu type（ 脾肾阳虚型）. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into the western medicine group and TCM group according to the different treatment, 30 cases in each group. The western medicine group was treated with sulfasalazine and entericcoated tablets. The TCM group was treated with the Zhenwu decoction and the Liujunzi decoction. Results： The scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were improved after treatment, was significantly different from that before treatment（P〈0.05）. The improvement in the TCM group was better, and there was a significant difference between two groups, P〈0.05. The total efficiency was 96.67% in the TCM group, and 80.00% in the western medicine group, with a statistical difference, P〈0.05. Patients of symptomatic relief was more than the western medicine group, and severe events were fewer in the TCM group, and there were statistically significant differences, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The Zhenwu decoction and the Liujunzi decoction on chronic colitis of the Pishen Yangxu type can improve various indexes, and is worthy of application.
