康力欣胶囊联合辨证中药维持治疗晚期结直肠癌的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating advanced colorectal cancer with the Kang Lixin capsule plus TCM medicine

目的:研究并分析治疗晚期结直肠癌患者时使用康力欣胶囊联合辨证中药维持的效果。方法:收集晚期结直肠癌患者共86例,按照完全随机化分组原则将其分为对照组(46例)和观察组(40例),对照组接受辨证中药维持治疗,观察组联合康力欣胶囊,将两组近期疗效、中位生存时间进行观察和对比。结果:相较于对照组,观察组的近期疗效更优;在中位生存时间方面,观察组显著长于对照组,P均<0.05。结论:在晚期结直肠癌患者的治疗过程中,康力欣胶囊联合辨证中药维持治疗能够有效延长患者的生存时间,值得推广应用。

Objective： To analyze efficacy of the Kang Lixin capsule（ 康力欣胶囊） plus TCM medicine on advanced colorectal cancer. Methods： 86 patients were divided into two groups. 46 cases in the control group were given the TCM medicine according to of TCM syndrome differentiation; and 40 cases in the observation group were given the Kang Lixin capsule more. Short-term efficacy and median survival time in two groups were compared. Results： The short-term efficacy and median survival time in the observation group were better（P0.05）. Conclusion： The Kang Lixin capsule plus TCM medicine on advanced colorectal cancer shows a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
