热敏灸配合居家康复训练治疗脑中风偏瘫实用性研究

A practical study on treating cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia by moxibustion plus home rehabilitation training

目的:研究热敏灸配合居家康复训练促进脑中风偏瘫患者康复的作用。方法:在2015年1月-2017年2月我院收治的脑中风偏瘫患者中选出120例,随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予热敏灸治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予居家康复训练,对比两组患者的Barthel指数、神经功能缺损程度、运动能力等。结果:出院3个月,观察组患者的NIHSS评分明显低于对照组患者,P<0.05;观察组患者的Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:热敏灸与居家康复训练结合有助于促进脑中风偏瘫患者肢体功能的恢复和神经功能修复,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To study the effect of moxibustion and home rehabilitation training on cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia. Methods： 120 cases were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. The control group was treated by moxibustion. The observation group was given home rehabilitation training more. Barthel index, the degree of neurological deficits and motor ability were compared in two groups. Results： After discharge of 3 months, the NIHSS score in the observation group was lower than the control group, P〈0.05; the Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score in the observation group were higher than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Moxibustion and home rehabilitation training can promote the recovery of limb function and neurological function and improve the quality of life.
