补阳还五汤治疗脑梗死气虚血瘀证的临床研究

A study on treating ACI of the Qixu Xueyu syndrome with the Buyang Huanwu decoction

目的:对脑梗死气虚血瘀证患者采用补阳还五汤进行治疗,查看其临床治疗效果。方法:选择2015年2月-2017年2月期间在我院接受治疗的84例脑梗死气虚血瘀证患者参与研究,随机将患者分成两组,各42例。对照组患者采用传统的西医治疗方式,观察组患者在对照组患者的基础上加入补阳还五汤进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率和血流变指标水平。结果:经过治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率、血流变各项指标明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:对脑梗死气虚血瘀证患者采用补阳还五汤进行治疗,患者症状得到有效改善,生活质量得到提高,因此值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe efficacy of the Buyagn Huanwu decoction（ 补阳还五汤） on cerebral infarction of the Qixu Xueyu syndrome（ 气虚血瘀证）. Methods： 84 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional western medicine. The observation group was treated with the Buyang Huanwu decoction more. Results： After treatment, the total efficiency and blood rheology in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Buyang Huanwu decoction on cerebral infarction of the Qixu Xueyu syndrome was effective, can effectively improve the symptoms and the quality of life, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
