摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗脑梗塞合并肺部感染的疗效。方法:将患者随机分为治疗组84例给予中西医结合治疗,对照组84例给予单纯西医治疗,两组均以10日为一个疗程,用药3个疗程后判定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.24%,明显高于对照组的76.19%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗脑梗塞合并肺部感染的疗效肯定,安全可靠。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of the integrated medicine on cerebral infarction with pulmonary infection. Methods： The treatment group was treated in the integrated medicine. The control group was treated with western medicine. The effect was adjudged after 3 courses. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.24%, and significantly higher than 76.19% in the control group（P〈0.05）. The difference was significant. Conclusion： The integrated medicine on cerebral infarction with pulmonary infection is safe and reliable.
