摘要
目的:观察颈椎曲度牵引结合肌内效贴治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:对64例颈型颈椎病患者进行随机分组,每组各32例。观察组采用颈椎曲度牵引结合肌内效贴治疗;对照组采用传统线性牵引结合中频治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为90.6%,对照组为65.6%,两组疗效有差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用颈椎曲度牵引结合肌内效贴治疗颈型颈椎病疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of cervical curvature traction plus kinesio tape on cervical spondylosis. Methods： 64 patients were divided into two groups, 32 cases in each. The observation group was given cervical curvature traction plus kinesio tape; and the control group was given linear traction and intermediate frequency therapy. Efficiency in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency was 90.6% in the observation group, and 65.6% in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Cervical curvature traction plus kinesio tape on cervical spondylosis shows a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
