龙血竭合硝酸银软膏治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面50例临床研究

A study on treating 50 cases of deep second-degree burn with Longxuejie with silver nitrate ointment

目的:观察和探讨采用龙血竭和硝酸银软膏对深Ⅱ度烧伤创面患者进行临床治疗的情况及效果。方法:随机择取100例深Ⅱ度烧伤创面患者,将他们按照抽签法进行分组治疗,即对照组50例,采用单纯硝酸银软膏进行临床诊治;观察组50例,采用龙血竭和硝酸银软膏进行临床诊治,并就两组患者的临床治疗情况和效果进行统计学分析。结果:观察组患者在创面愈合时间以及临床总有效率(92.0%)方面均明显优于对照组患者(68.0%),组间比较的差异性显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后色素沉着程度明显轻于对照组,疤痕增生发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应率均较低(4.0%,14.0%),组间比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对深Ⅱ度烧伤创面患者采用龙血竭和硝酸银软膏进行临床诊治的疗效显著,愈合时间短,不良反应少。

Objective： To observe and discuss the effect of the Longxuejie（ 龙血竭） with silver nitrate ointment on deep seconddegree burn. Methods： 100 patients were divided into two group according to the lottery method, 50 cases in each. The control group was treated with silver nitrate ointment; the observation group was treated with the Longxuejie with silver nitrate ointment. Results： In the observation group, the wound healing time and clinical total efficiency were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant differences（P〈0.05）. The degree of pigmentation in the observation group was significantly better; and the incidence of scar proliferation was significantly lower than the control group（P〉0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in rate of adverse reactions between groups（4.0% VS 14.0%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Longxuejie with silver nitrate ointment on deep second-degree burn shows a significant effect, with a short healing time and fewer adverse reactions.
