中医辨证分型结合火针治疗带状疱疹急性期80例疗效观察

Efficacy of TCM differentiation plus fire-acupuncture on herpes zoster at acute stage

目的:观察中医辨证分型结合火针治疗带状疱疹急性期的临床疗效。方法:将80例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组。治疗组40例,采用中医辨证分型配合火针治疗。对照组40例单纯用西药治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为77.5%;治疗组明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证分型结合火针治疗带状疱疹急性期疗效显著,见效快,疗程短,治愈率高。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome differentiation plus fire-acupuncture on herpes zoster at acute stage. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients in the treatment group were treated by TCM syndrome differentiation and fire-acupuncture. In the control group, 40 patients were treated with western medicine. Results： The total efficiency was 95.0% in the treatment group, higher than 77.5% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM syndrome differentiation plus fire-acupuncture on herpes zoster at acute stage is effective, with shorter course and higher curing rate.
