中西医结合治疗小儿手足口病的方案与疗效初评

Efficacy of the integrative medicine on hand, foot and mouth disease in children

目的:剖析小儿手足口病中西医结合治疗的方法与疗效。方法:将90例手足口病患儿随机分组,甲组45例应用中西医结合疗法,乙组45例应用常规西医疗法。观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果:甲组的疗效和相关临床指标都明显优于乙组,P<0.05。结论:常规西医治疗小儿手足口病时合理加用中医治疗方案,可促进患儿病情的康复,增强临床疗效。

Objective： To analyze efficacy of the integrative medicine on hand, foot and mouth disease in children. Methods： 90 cases of children with hand, foot and mouth disease were grouped. The group A was applied in the integrative medicine. The group B took conventional western medicine. Results： Efficacy and the related clinical indicators are significantly better in the group A, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was effective on children with hand, foot and mouth disease, by promoting the rehabilitation of children.
