针灸理疗对腰椎间盘突出症疼痛程度与生活质量的影响分析

Clinical efficacy of acupuncture on the pain and life quality of lumbar disc herniation

目的:研究分析针灸理疗对腰椎间盘突出症疼痛程度及生活质量的影响。方法:采用分组讨论的方式将我院2016年4月-2017年4月接诊的78例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为研究组和对照组,每组39例。给予对照组综合康复治疗,给予研究组采用针灸理疗,观察治疗效果。结果:经治疗,研究组VAS评分明显低于对照组,组间数据比较有明显差异性(P<0.05);研究组SF-36各项评分均高于对照组,组间数据比较有明显差异性(P<0.05)。结论:针灸理疗是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法,具有减轻患者疼痛程度,提高生活质量的作用。

Objective： To study and analyze the effect of acupuncture on the pain and life quality of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 78 cases were divided into the study group and the control group, 39 cases in each group. The control group was given comprehensive rehabilitation treatment. The study group was treated by acupuncture. Results： After treatment, the score of VAS and SF-36 in the study group were significantly better than the control group, with significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture on lumbar disc herniation is effective, and can alleviate the pain degree and improve the quality of life.
